Hi,

I'm looking into the thorny issue of which editions of VS my company
should buy, and I was wondering whether anyone can answer this...

If I buy a number of licenses for "VS Team for Developers" and one copy

of "VS Team for Testers" would it be possible to install a copy of
Tester and a copy of Developer on the same machine (since one person
may need to do both jobs in our organisation).

(I don't want to a single copy of Team Suite to satisfy this problem,
as I will need to split this person's role over two people in the
future and want to have enough licenses to cover that)

Thanks,
Bob.

It would be cheaper to buy suite with the upgrade (through June 30), but
yes, you can install more than one SKU to a single machine, if that is the
option you choose.
