Class View packagage doesn't load

When I click on "View Class Diagram" in the Solution Explorer I get this error:
"Package "Visual Studio Class Designer" has failed to load properly (GUID =
{...})"

I'm using VS2005 professional edition and installed everything besides J#.
I used the Beta 2 before on this machine, but uninstalled it as required.

Any suggestions?

Un- and reinstalled it several times, it is working now.
