I got lots of file cannot find error. But when I use the same CD to install
in XP , everything works perfectly. The way I install is by running setup.exe
in the root.

I doublt very much if vs2003 can be installed on Win2003.

Any idea ?

VS2k3 can be installed on Win2k3 or Win2k3 SP1 with no problems, as I've had
both configurations since MS released the VS2k3 Special Edition, where
Win2k3 Standard Edition and SQL2k Developer is included.  I now run VS2k3 on
W2k3 Enterprise, so again, I don't believe this is a limitation for Win2k3
and VS2k3.
