Weird Editor Problem

Has anyone seen this?

When I try to edit any text file in VS.NET 2003, it seems that all of my
keys do not respond, mainly all the keys between the alphnumeric keys and the
number bad, including <Backspace>, <Home>,<End>,<Delete>, and the arrow keys.

To go a little history, I installed VS.NET 2003, started receiving an
automation error when launching new project wizards, re-installed windows
script host to correct that, and now I'm at this point.

I've tried a repair install with no luck. I suppose I'll go with an
uninstall/re-install now.

I have the same problem. In the middle of work, VS just stopped to respond.
Did you figured out how to solve this problem?
