We will be intalling Visual Studio Beta 2 software.  At this time we have
installed VWD vers.8.0.40607.16 and MS .NET Framework vers. 2.0.40607 on the
same drive.  Since VWD is using VS.NET 2005 Beta 1.040607-1600 version,
should we first unistall VWD before installing new VS.NET Beta 2 software?

Microsoft is advising that any pre-Beta2 VS 2005-related software must be
uninstalled before installing Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2. Check this page and
follow the link (in the bright red text) to the instructions you need.
