VS .NET 2003 - Full Install vs. CD Images

As an MSDN subscriber, I went to download from the subscribers section the
images to install Visual Studio .NET 2003.

I see two different sets of images available to download.  One is labeled
"Full Install (Recommended)" and the other is labeled "ISO CD Images".

What confuses me is that (ignoring the Library CD images), the Full Install
option is one 560.88 MB file, while the three non-library CDs for the ISO CD
images total 1223.01 MB.

Does the recommended "Full Install" download actually install all of the
files that the three CD images install, or has something been left out that
makes this file so much smaller?

Thank you for your assistance,

Simcha-Yitzchak Lerner

Dear Simcha-Yitzchak Lerner,
You may need to submit this question from following page to get more
details between the "full install" and "Iso cds".

Personally, I suggest you select "ISO CD Images", since I choose all
components and it did not ask more downloads from net.

Thanks,

Full Installation version is high compression package, so it's better to
download and use this one. One disadvantage is this package will take a bit
longer during installation(due to the high compression)

Thanks, Regards, Vincent
