No, the frameworks will be installed separately, and the two Visual Studios
will coexist peacefully. However, as Rhett pointed out, VS supported file
types will be associated with the most-recently installed version of Visual
Studio, so you'll need to be careful when opening your v1.1 solutions. Do
not just double-click on the .sln file, as that will invoke VS 2005. You'll
need to open VS 2003 first, then open your chosen solution.
