This problem might not relate to a previous beta installation. Generally,
when I see this problem, it relates to corrupt or missing Windows Scripting
Host files or a previous installation of the MSXML4.0 Beta.
To correct the problem, try installing the following packages:
Windows Script 5.6

Microsoft XML Parser 3.0 Service Pack 4
