HELP!   I am trying to get VS working and I can't get it going...  I have
completely uninstalled VS & .Net Framework several times to no avail.  Here
is the error I get attempting to create a C# project:

*** Project 'WindowsApplication13' could not be opened because the
Microsoft
Visual C# .NET compiler could not be created.  Please re-install Visual
Studio. ***

I'd hate to follow the error message's suggestion without confirmation that
it might actually solve the problem.  I've been re-installing V.S. for
hours
and hours and still can't create a project.

If anyone could help me get back to programming, I'd be grateful.
