Pete,
I noticed that you were using msconfig, but not sure how you were using it.
Here are the steps that I use in order to get things to work.
Launch MSConfig
Select the Services Tab
Select Disable All
in the first column, locate and check Windows Installer
click Ok
Reboot when prompted
Install VSNet.

Thanks, Tom. I followed the steps in the body of your message. Still
get the MSI commandline parameters dialog. Looks like I get to do the
long way (sigh). I can't wait to see what this does to all my Add-ins
(Together, Deklarit, etc.).
