When I go to install, I get Internal Error 25003. I have copied the CD
files locally and turned off any antivirus software as suggested by some
people on the internet, but it's still a no go. What can I do to
troubleshoot this?

Did you copy the contents to your hard drive using Windows or XCopy from the
command line?
If you haven't, try using XCopy as follows:
"use xcopy /h /y /e to copy the contents of the
DVD to the hard drive and then run setup from that location."
Have you checked on updated firmware for the install drive? Certain drives
