I downloaded Visual Foxpro 8.0 and extracted it.
I burned the install files to a CD and when running setup it gets to a point
and keeps asking for a the CD.
I presume the volume name needs to be a certain name, does anybody know what
it should be?

Hi, KWB
I assume you are downloading VFP8 from the MSDN site. If you need to put
the product on a CD, the recommended procedure would be to put the EXE you
downloaded directly on the CD.
Hope this helps,

Hi KWB,
You're welcome to join us over on the Visual FoxPro newsgroups at
microsoft.public.fox.* . The CD name you're looking for is VFPPROD1.
There's a free public Beta of VFP9, downloadable from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/. It's expected to RTM later this year.
I've been using it nearly full-time for several months and am very excited
about the improvements to the Report Writer and SQL engine.
