Are you using a local instance of IIS as your web server, or a remote
server?
If the former or neither, you probably need to install Internet Information
Server (IIS) on your PC using your OS CD (Win 200 Pro or Win XP Pro) then
follow the steps in Knowledgebase Article 306005 to establish proper mapping
between Visual Studio and IIS.
If your OS is XP Home, you cannot do the above, as Home does not include
IIS. You'll need to upgrade to Pro.
If you're trying to use a remote server, talk to the Webmaster about
procedures for establishing a connection.
