How to access Outlook 2003 Appointment Label color property

Can anyone tell me how to access the Label color property of an Outlook 2003
appointment programmatically?

"{00062002-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}",  ID= 0x8214, PT = PT_LONG (0x03).
Or in DASL syntax
"http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/id/{00062002-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}/82140003"
(not a URL).

You can access that property using PropertyAccessor in Outlook 2007 or using
CDO 1.21, Extended MAPI or Redemption (www.dimastr.com/redemption).
