Hi
We are in the starting phases of developing custom code using VSTO in Excel.
Due to the fact that Office 2007 is already out and the fact that our client
would upgrade to it at some point, it makes it compelling that we target the
Office 2007 platform.

What is making this difficult is that Visual Studio 2005 and VSTO 2005 SE
have no document support for Office 2007 (Excel 2007 in particular). Our
only option seems to use Visual Studio (Orcas) which happens to be in CTP
and not even in beta.

Can anyone provide some guidance or experience developing Excel 2007
solutions in Orcas?
Regards
Parag

Hi Parag,

Check out my blog and my English site (see my signature) - both of them
explicit cover Excel 2007 in terms of controling the Ribbon UI.
