URGENT! How to completely uninstall VS.NET?

Due to some reason (?) that VS.NET uninstallation does work.

I used MSIZAP tool to remove it. I wanted to reinstall, but the SETUP.EXE
kept saying that there is an unfinished installation.

How can I reinstall VS.NET unconditionally?
