VS2008 - Create Instance Missing

Context menus "Create Instance" and "Invoke method" are missing from the
Class Designer in VS2008 when the project is inside a solution folder.  
What's up?

Is it true that in this managed newsgroup you can "Get expert answers to your
technical questions within two business days."?

Only if you're some kind of MSDN subscriber. I never figured what
it is. Then you get special e-mail string or whatever, which is
monitored by MSFT employees.

You are correct.  MSDN subscribers need to take the steps described in
