In Internet Explorer (6.0), you can right-click on the toolbar, and one
option is to 'Lock the Toolbars'.  Is there any way to do this in Visual
Studio (I have VS 2005)?  Quite often, I pull up VS and the toolbars are
re-arranged, for reasons I cannot explain, and it would be nice if I could
just lock them in place to prevent this from happening.

Hi Ed,

Sorry, I'm afraid there is no way to lock toolbar in VS.NET 2005 IDE.
All of these bars could be dragged, even though we can lock them in IE 6.

Scott explain the reason in the below post.
