OK.

I haven't changed anything in my solution, which still builds with 0 errors
0 warnings.

I type '''
And nothing happens.

PLUS all of my comments in my other classes have no syntax highlighting on
them now :(. IE the whole XML comment is just green)

Whats going on.

It sounds like the VB package for .Net is somehow not registered
correctly. You may have to reinstall the IDE to get the missing
functionality back.
