shortcut for roll #region in VS 2005

Is there any shortcut which rolls #region area? Or maybe an option
that rolls all regions after closing file ?

Try Ctrl+M, Ctrl+M and Ctrl+M,Ctrl+L.  Other Ctrl+M key combinations are
under the Edit->Advanced menu.
