File -> Recent Projects...

When I load an .sln file from double clicking on it, why doesn't it
appear in the Recent Projects list?  It is very annoying.  I am using
VB 2005 Express.

Also, when I change from project to project using File -> Recent
Projects..., why doesn't it always reorder the projects to show them
in the order of most recent access?
