If you open msenv.dll in the IDE and look at the bitmap with ID 1268, you
see all the icons (using the term generically) that are used in the Object
Browser and Class View windows. Many of them are familiar to me, but several
aren't, and I'm wondering if others could help fill in the gaps for me.

What are the icons after:
- Events
- Interfaces (3 sets of unknowns)
- Methods (Method groups? If so, what are those?)
- Structs (in other words, the <T> icons)
- The three sets of icons after the <T> icons
- The second set of Field icons (and why two sets of Field icons?)

Many thanks.

For reference, I found virtually everything I needed to know in a file named
VS2005ImageLibrary.zip.
