Search for a string in whole project/solution

Is it possible to search a string, eg. a variable name "bEmployee" in my
project or even in the whole solution ?

Yes, you can use the Edit, Quick Find window, which has a dropdown button to
select Quick Find, Find in files, etc...

If you want a better find, my MZ-Tools add-in (below) has a much better one.
