Task List will not open

I have recently switched computers and re-installed Vs 2003. Every so often
the Task List (i.e. build errors, etc.) will not open. Sometimes the icon
dissappers when it was there before. Closing and restarting VS 2003 fixes
the problem.

Any ideas?

Also, what is the URL for any VS 2003 updates or service packs?
