Can I move the controls, eg. text box, labels, on forms by dragging it in fine movements? Try using the Up/Down/Left/Right arrow keys alone or combined with the Shift or Control keys. Yes, this is what I did. However, when I used with ctrl and arrow keys, it is not moved pixel by pixel. The movement distance is quite coarse.
