Can you use a disk monitoring tool such as FileMon (www.sysinternals.com) to
get the missing file?

I have solved the problem.

the scrrun.dll for some unknown reasons had been unregister by itself??

What I did was just regsvr32 scrrun.dll back and everything back to normal.

(how weird)
