Accessing hot fix mentioned in KB833772

Hi, how do I go about getting this so called hotfix? This problem is really
making me suffer. Please don't tell me I need to pay for support to access
this :(

Hi,

Call by phone to the MS offices of your country, tell them that you want to
request the hotfix of a KB article, you won´t be charged and you will
receive it in a matter of hours. I have done that several times here at
Spain...
