When I hover mouse over any vs.net 2005 tool button, tooltip does not
show any more.  I tried to restart the computer but didn't seem to
help. Does anyone know how to fix this?  My OS is XP Pro.  Thanks.

You may have found the answer by now, but right-click on a toolbar and go
into customize. Is "Show ScreenTips on toolbars" checked? If not, check it.
If it is, well, then I don't know what's wrong....
