When I open a c# winform with a table layout panel, the IDE indicates that
the form has been changed. The table layout panel has two columns, one of
which is autosize.
The main problems are:
1) If the project is under source control, I'm unable to open the form
without checking it out.
2) At times, properties and event handlers for the child controls of the
table layout panel are lost (i.e. max length, anchor, character casing,
column span) HUGE PROBLEM.
