Applying schemas to Solution Items

Hello All,

I have a number of Xml files shared between various projects in my
Solution. I have added them as Solution Items but if I try to apply a
schema to them, the IDE takes no notice and immediately forgets the
schema. What is the best way to share Xml files between projects?

Actually, it seems my problem is cause by having two '-' signs in the
xml file's name - can anyone reproduce this?
