ASP .NET 2.0 - setting a css class

Hi;

When I am designing a web page, how can I select some text/table
cell/row/etc and then set it to one of the classes defined in my theme .css
file? I can find the standard html classes like h1 but not mine.

I am afraid that the Visual Studio's intellisense doesn't apply to the css
classes, this is by design.
