Where is the CopyLocal property for references in VS 2005?

In Visual Studio 2005, I set a reference and need to set the CopyLocal
property of the reference to true.

The problem is that I can not find where to do it. In my VS2005 IDE,
there is no node for references like in VS2000/2003 in the Solutions
Explorer pane. I can see the references in the class explorer, but
there is no right click item for the reference to set the CopyLocal
property.
I searched online and found references to the "Project Designer". I
also don't have that in my IDE.

ANY HELP. Please!

Hi,

The References node is still there in the Solution Explorer, but it is
hidden by default. Just click the "Show All Files" on the Solution Explorer
toolbar.

This is one of those changes that MS did to please the VB6 developers
jumping into VS 2005 without having used VS.NET 2002/2003, to try to make
them more comfortable hiding the references node, the solution node, the
configuration manager, etc. that did not exist in VB6, as if hidding all
those things you can pretend that they do not exist or you don´t need to
know about them or take care of...

Unfortunately I used Show all, and that still did not display the
Reference section. Is there another way to change the Properties for
References that you are aware of?
