Hi,

Recently a problem regarding my VS.NET 2005 toolbox occured. Most of
the items appear with the same icon. I have VS.NET 2005 professional
and installed Syncfusion Essential Studio 4.1.

A screenshout can be found here:

Does anyone have an idea?

So, the icons displayed correctly until you installed the third party
product?
Obvious questions:
Do the icons display correctly again if you uninstall the third party
product?
How about after uninstalling and a repair install of VS 2005?
Have you asked Syncfusion about the problem, and if so, what did they say?

Ran into the same problem on Pro version just recently. Had label's
icon apply to about 15-20 top toolbox items. The difference here is
that I don't have any 3rd party components installed. I had to use
"Reset Toolbox" (if I recall the name correctly) context menu item to
fix the problem.

Hi,

actually it was only a thought that the 3rd party component is
responsible for this behaviour.  The tip with "Reset Toolbox" did it -
all icons appeared correctly afterwards. Although the 3rd party
components disappeared, I simply had to reinstall them. The effect did
not occur again afterwards.
Thank you for that tip!

Thanks, Sergey!
I learned something new here.
