Hello,
I've been having this problem with C# Express, and now, when I installed VS
2005 Professional, thought it went away, but it started to happen now even
in VS.
The icons in toolbox are continuously disappearing, being switched to the
same (uppermost one I think) icon. Here is a picture depicting the
situation: http://soneservice.aspdotnet.sk/Temp/toolbox.jpg
I could not find anything regarding this issue on google.

How may I overcome this?

Same problem here.  The only thing that seems to fix it is to reset the whole
toolbox - then I have to go and re-add all my 3rd party components again...
