Smart Device deploy copy binary files

Hello,

I'm using
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
Version 8.0.50727.42 (RTM.050727-4200)

I started a new c# SmartDevice project.
Every time that I deploy the project to my device
HP hx2790 Windows CE 5.0

It copy all the reference files that I have in the project including the
framework files:
system.dll .....

Can I change that?
Why does it copy those files anyway?

If I deploy to Emulator, It doesn't happen.
