Hi Orlando
>When I choose "Add File" in a Windows Installer Project in
>VS 2005 nothing happens. What's going on?
I tested a simple setup project in VS2005, it could add files well as
VS2003.
So would you please tell me which version of VS2005 you used?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Gary Chang

I don't know what's going on. I have 3 machines - things worked as expected
on two but continue to fail on my main development machine. In all cases I
have Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition for Software Developers release,
8.0.50727.42 (RTM.050727-4200).

Hi Orlando,
I have checked our database, but do not find any similar case.
Since we also could not repro this scenario in our local environment, I
suggest you may perform some research on your machine first, you can use
the Filemon and Regmon(www.sysinternals.com) to monitor your VS2005 IDE
when repro this issue...
Thanks!
Best regards,
Gary Chang
