Why does Visual Studio 2005 not have a Tab WebControl?  They have every
other control.

Why does a bull have tits?
Some questions in life remain a mystery :-)

I've built my own implementation using LinkButtons and CSS. I haven't
deployed yet so I can't (won't show you) but I can tell you the 2nd hardest
part is managing the [true | false] properties which is really not so bad
after all. The hardest part (which really isn't tough at all once having
learned what and how to do so) is finding the controls when using Master
Pages which requires writing public properties for each LinkButton making it
easy to refer to the controls in each content page.
