When i try opening up a project from source control in VS2005 RTM, i get the
following dialog box:

There are no solution or project files in this location.  Please select a
different location.

I'm using a 3rd party Source Control Software package, and I can get
everything else to work with it (checking-in/out, etc, etc.).  So i guess
what i'm asking is what causes this dialog to pop up to see if i can figure
out how to get it to work.

Also after I close the dialog, it pops right back up, and the only way to
close VS2005 is through the task manager.

Hi,

Are you using a 3rd party source control software on the server side or at
the client? When you open a project from the source control, is there a
sln or a .csproj or a .vbproj file in that project folder? If yes, I think
it might be an issue that the 3rd party software is not compatible with
VS.NET 2005. Please try to contact the 3rd party software vendor to see if
it is a compatibility issue.
