Try:
View >> Server Explorer
(or Control + Alt + S)
That should bring up your server explorer, with the Data Connections bits.
AFA higher versions? The Team System bits (Architect, Developer, Tester and
Suite (which is the previous three)) are additions to the Pro IDE.

Yes it does and yes I can create a connection to a db server AND to a
specific database but, this is not what I am talking about. In vs.net
(enterprise architect) when I bring up the server explorer and expand the
name of a server (computer) I can see the servers available there. Among
them there is a node called SQL Severs which is NOT present in the same
location in the vs.net 2005.
The thing is this: If I just create a db connection (not going through
the SQL Server node) I can see the tables, etc but I cannot design, etc. If
on the other hand I go to the same place BUT using the SQL Sever node (which
is not present in vs.net 2005) I CAN design tables, etc. This is the reason
I want to find out how can I get to see the SQL Servers node in vs.net 2005!
