How can I create a indigo project in VS.NET 2003?

How can I create a indigo project in VS.NET 2003? I am not find the
System.ServiceModel in it. My OS is Windows XP Professional.

I don't think it is possbile. Indigo is not released yet, even VS 2005 does
not have Indigo project. Also, Indigo is based on .NET 2.0 while VS 2003
only works with .NET 1.1
