intellisense missing performlayout()

I disable the datagrid when the add button is clicked.  When either the
cancel or update button is clicked, I enable the datagrid.  However, because
the child controls are not also enabled - in this case I'm concerned with the
scroll bars - I also put in a line me.dgrd.performlayout().  At the . after
dgrd, the members appear, but PerformLayout isn't among them.  However, it
works fine.

Is this a bug?

Hi Dennis

yes, since the DataGrid1.performlayout() does appear as expected in a C#
code's intellisense,  it seems to be an issue to VB.NET's intellisence
wizard. I will forward thisissue to the corresponding product team and very
thanks for reporting this problem!

Good Luck!

Best regards,

Gary Chang
