Missing project template file.

My VB.NET Class Library template has disappeared. In VB.NET Std when I do a
File | New Project and select Visual Basic Projects the Class Library
project template is no longer there.

I tried repairing the VB.NET Std installation but alas it did not restore
the template. Any suggestions on how to get this back?

It didn't disappeared. It was never there. You cannot create class
library with VB.NET Std, see

You can however install "hack" template. See:
