Slide effect in toolbox

Is there any way to get rid of that stupid 'slide' effect in the VS toolbox
when switching between the component sections?

Damn UI fluff effects.

Click "Options" from the "Tools" menu, and in the Environment/General page
uncheck "Animate environment tools."
