Hi,

lately, when I try to create a new C# project in  VS .NET 2002 I get this
"Error in loading Dll" message;
the project is created with no references at all;

the same error apears when I try to add a new item, be it form, class,
component class; when I try to add a dataset, xml file, code file though,
the error doesn't apear;

I found several posts with the same problem, but without reply.

Why is this happening and there is a solution to work this out?

Thanks,
Daniel

Had the same problem. Just did a repair/reinstall of VS.NET 2003 and now
everything works fine.
