Old behavior of HELP in IDE

In VS.NET 2003, I would like to make the help in the IDE come up in a
separate application, not as a MDI window in the IDE, regardless of whether
or not I am using the 'tab' mode or not. This allows me to put it on a
separate monitor in my multimonitor set-up.

Any help on this?

Try Tools->Options->Environment->Help and choose external help.
