Renaming URL for ASP.NET

What is the right way to rename the URL that an ASP.NET application
uses? When I go into properties and change the web server location, it
takes the change, but when I hit Enter or close the properties for
that project, then it reverts back to the old name. I imagine I can
create a new solution and project and import everything, but that
seems rather drastic.

Thoughts are greatly appreciated!
