Actually speaking all these are installed on my work computer.

Ms .net framework(English)v1.0.3705
Ms .net framework 1.1
Ms visual studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition
Ms visual J# .net Redistributable Package 1.1
Visual Studio .net Professional-English
Visual studio.net 2003

I just need the code for searching a mail in outlook through Visual
studio.net 2003.Kindly assist me in this regard.If there is a code please do
specify the code or let me know whether i have to go through the COM itself.

If you were using Visual Studio.Net 2005, you could use the Microsoft Sisual
Studio Tools for Office. But if you're using .Net 1.1, you will have to use
the Outlook COM component. As for the code, your best bet is to use the
Outlook COM reference. I believe you can find this in the Office Resource
Kit for the version of Office you are developing for. See:

You may also find more specific help in the microsoft.public.outlook.interop
newsgroup.
