VS 2005 Ship date

Has anyone actually received the boxed version of VS2005-pro (without
subscription)?  If so, who did you order it from?

I was promised delivery on November 25, here in the UK. They've just told me
that, due to "huge demand", this will now be December 21, so I wouldn't
expect to see anything soon.
