Where do I find the VS 2005 class modeling tool I heard so much about? I
have VS 2005 pro installed.

It's called the "Class Designer", and if I recall correctly you can
access it by right-clicking somewhere in the solution explorer and
choosing "Add New... " -> "Class Diagram".
