Outlook Style Panels: How to?

I want to implement a set of panels like one sees in outlook.
A set of panels on the left side of the form that have some text at the
bottom then expand when you click on them.
How would one implement this in VS 2005?

I think that Infragistics sells this type of control.

I tink I figured it out this morning, It is just a simple 'toolbar' then
they activate the appropriate panels. But thanks and I will take a look a
the Infragistics site.
